About the Event
If you are a beginner who has not worked out in years or you are at an advance level it does not matter prepare to be challenged but also feel accomplished. The design of the class is to make it challenging for everyone but also doable.
Class is 60 minutes, every SATURDAY, we start with a dynamic warm up to prepare the body for what's to come, then we transition into stretching and begin the workout. After the workout is done we move to a cool down to bring the heart rate down and finish off with some stretching.
How to pay:
Class is $10 and you can pay through VENMO, APPLE PAY or IN-PERSON. My venmo is @Royjimenez for apple pay 347.891.6492. *If you are paying in person please pay before the class begins.
Please confirm that you will attend class the day before (Tuesday or Friday) depending on the day you will attend.
DAY: Every Saturday 8:30AM
LOCATION: Juniper Valley Park (Near the running track close to the bathrooms under the trees, you will see a big group)
*EQUIPMENT*: Pair of dumbbells or 2 water bottles & a mat or towel
