As you all know our goal is to help as many people as possible and spread our philosophy of “change your mind. Change your body” and living a healthier lifestyle. We had great success in concentrated individual training programs and have decided to take it to the next level by providing the same services but making it affordable in a small group training setting.
We are now accepting new participants! If you want to lose weight, if you have tried everything and you still cannot stay committed and you fall off the wagon easily, this might be just what you need!
The break down:
We will train 3x a week, in those days we will work specifically on your goals. Not only are we going to guide you through the entire process and achieve your goals but we will teach to incorporate new habits into your life and exercise independence. You will take with you everything you will learn in those 10 weeks and implement it in your life. We will help you build a strong body & mind with our program.
We will sit down with you, assess you, set realistic goals, provide you with a meal plan and exercise program specifically based on your goals and needs which can be tracked in our apps. You will also have access to reach us anytime for complete lifestyle coaching and exercise videos at your disposal.

For every goal you make there has to be a plan and a couple of adjustments and sacrifices in your life to make that happen. We will ask of you to free up 3 days of the week during specific hours and it is only up to you to decide if you want to accomplish this goal as bad as you think you want.
