4 steps to burn a lot of calories in a Bootcamp class

1. Eat well. 2 or 3 hours before class gives your body time to digest and fuel up.

2. Hydrate. Drink lots of water the day before and the day of the class.

4. The idea of exercising is to give your very best. Any class is as good as your effort. If you go to a class and you half ass it then you just wasted 60mins of your life you won’t get back. Go with the mentality that you will push yourself. No one is going to push you, not the people in the class, your buddy nor the instructor. The instructor is there to INSTRUCT and motivate you to push more but it is up to you no one else. Get out of your comfort zone. The point is to push for your very best. Get yourself out of breath! Trainers like to see EFFORT and you struggling , gasping for air even if you are doing half the amount of reps you’re asked for but still trying is a sign of maximum effort and that shows respect to your instructor but most importantly to yourself. You’re giving yourself your best and the best part is the more consistent you are the better you will get! So, go take a class with this approach and results will come in no time!
